Evenly divide the ground beef into six servings. Using your hands to flatten out the burger and create patties.
Cut gouda cheese into small slices and place 1 oz in the center of three of the patties. Top with the other three patties. Press around edges to seal the patties.
Place burgers on a preheated grill or grill pan. Cook 3 minutes on each side until the interior of the meat reaches 160° F. Remove from grill and let rest for 2 minutes.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings and burger sauce.

You can use any flavor of cheese so experiment & have some fun! We also have diced up jalapeno to stuff inside along with the cheese for an extra kick of flavor.
