We’re no longer offering online beef sales—but you can still get the same high-quality, dry-aged beef at Brickfield Brewing in downtown Grantsburg. Stop in during regular hours or contact us to schedule a pickup appointment at Four Cubs Farm.

For Farm pick-up please contact Nathan Brandt at nathan@brickfieldmarket.com or call 507-360-5636. Farm pick-up options include purchasing 1/4, 1/2 and whole. An example would be that a 1/4 cow includes: 30 lb steaks; 40 lb roasts / misc. cuts; 30 lb ground beef. No bones or cuts that aren’t desirable!

At Brickfield we typically have in stock the following items: Ground Beef, Ground Beef Patties, Filet / Tenderloin, NY Strip, Ribeye, Sirloin, Flat Iron, Beef Sticks, Short Ribs, Brisket, Chuck Roast, Stew Meat, Steak Bites. We occasionally have flank, skirt, Tomahawks and Beef Bundles. For Bundles we will announce on our Facebook page when new ones are released and available.
