Gouda Stuffed Burgers
Slices of Gouda cheese layered between patties of ground beef make a delicious, juicy burger. Top with your favorite burger toppings!
Ingredients
Burger Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brickfield Market Ground Beef
- 3 oz Gouda cheese sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 ea Brioche (or similar) buns
Burger Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Evenly divide the ground beef into six servings. Using your hands to flatten out the burger and create patties.
- Cut gouda cheese into small slices and place 1 oz in the center of three of the patties. Top with the other three patties. Press around edges to seal the patties.
- Place burgers on a preheated grill or grill pan. Cook 3 minutes on each side until the interior of the meat reaches 160° F. Remove from grill and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings and burger sauce.
Notes
You can use any flavor of cheese so experiment & have some fun! We also have diced up jalapeno to stuff inside along with the cheese for an extra kick of flavor.
